Marilynn is responsible for our recruitment efforts as they pertain to general and mechanical contractors. She works with Superintendents, Project Engineers, Project Managers, Estimators, and Operation Managers as well as ancillary positions including Sales. Over time Marilynn developed solid success in accounting, property management, real estate, and personnel using management skills, business acumen, and leadership qualities to generate/enhance revenues and profits of small and mid-sized service businesses. Successful in start-up and growth situations using strengths in business development, marketing, finance, administration, internal and field operations, staff training and development, systems and procedures, and customer service. She is particularly effective in assuring the viability of businesses during highly difficult market cycles. In 1985 Marilynn opened her own company in the temporary personnel industry specializing in the nurse staffing and home health markets. Her company developed a reputation as “the” company to use for highly technical and/or intensive care needs for home bound cases. After eight years she sold the company to a national organization and segued into the full time placement market. Marilynn especially enjoyed challenging searches which eventually lead her to a construction specialty. Ten years later she’s still the preferred recruiter for many local, regional, and national construction companies.
