As a Co-Founder and Vice President of a minority owned multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm (MEL, Inc.), Dr. Robinson
brings a wealth of talent and expertise to our organization. He has over forty-one (41) years of technical, academic, and administrative experience including responsibility for MEL’s administrative and fiscal affairs including budgeting, cost control, contract administration, and management of human and equipment resources. He has also served as Project Manager on projects involving management and administrative services, and environmental projects, ranging from environmental assessments to Section 404 Water Quality Evaluations for the New Orleans District, Corps of Engineers. Press holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Morehouse College (1959), and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Physical Chemistry from Howard University (1962 and 1964). He held an elected political office for over 22 years, in addition to being very active in civic, professional, and religious organizations. Contact Information:
