Superintendent – commercial construction – production manager responsible for client satisfaction, field execution, engineering and administrative components of project to satisfy contract. 10-15 years commercial experience, degree preferred. TX, OR, WA, CA

Project Engineer – technical resource responsible for commercial building project administration focusing primarily on scheduling, cost and quality. Understand estimating procedures and accounting functions. 5+ years experience, degree preferred. TX, OK, CA

Project Engineer – Civil Engineering degree, 2+ years experience doing utility, highway, paving, bridges, waste water. Handle project administration, RFIs, communication, subcontractors. FL, OR

Electrical Estimator – commercial construction – educational background in materials and methods of construction, able to work with subcontractors and architects, maintain cooperative attitude through pressure situations. Able to handle several work activities at once with frequent interruptions. Experience bidding $5M+ electrical systems, good visual observations and interpretation skills. BS in construction field, 5+ years electrical estimating experience. OR

Sr. Estimator – civil and commercial construction – 10+ yrs exp in negotiated environment, take lead role on multiple projects involving variety of construction methods. Strong conceptual skills, competent in systems analysis, value engineering and preparation of cost effective alternatives as well as computer, spreadsheet and organizational skills. 4yr degree strongly preferred – WA, AK, TX, OR

Sr. Estimator – Healthcare - Senior Estimator with minimum 10 years experience with a strong concentration on healthcare projects. Most experience on the conceptual side and mainly negotiated work. Must be willing to travel. WA, TX, TN, GA, FL

Equipment Manager – 4yr deg in Equipment, Business, or Construction Management or Diesel Mechanics strongly preferred with 5-10 yrs experience as a heavy highway equipment manager responsible for a fleet of over 200 pieces, set up and run computerized preventive maintenance program; evaluate, purchase and upgrade equipment as well as managing staff needed to support same. Senior Project Manager - responsible for the construction management of a 99MW Coal fired Combined Heating and Power plant in North Dakota. This is a $275 million dollar project that is scheduled to go on-line Q1 of 2010. The customer is the Project Engineer with the Owner being a large Midwest utility. Long term it is envisioned that this individual will compete for the position of VP of Operations for the CM firm in the North West when the current holder of the position retires or moves to a different role.

Senior Resident Engineer - Resident Engineer/Inspector for public works projects such as water and wastewater system projects (sewers, pipelines, pumping stations and treatment plants), Hurricane Katrina recovery projects, street rehabilitation projects, and buildings/vertical construction projects. Construction management tasks including contract administration, inspection, project/field documentation, cost estimating, and scheduling resources and work. Four year engineering degree or construction management degree preferred.

Principal Project Manager - Serve as the project manager for planning, design and construction administration efforts related to public works projects such as water/ wastewater treatment, collection systems, water distribution, and pumping stations, street rehabilitation and Hurricane Katrina recovery projects, including buildings/vertical construction projects, for a variety of clients. BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience.

Mike is also marketing a senior executive with water/waste water rail and transportation experience. The executive is an MBA with a civil engineering degree and is a registered PE in the state of California. He has worked in Water, Wastewater, Rail and Institutional Facilities. He has held the positions of Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Regional Manager of Operations, Regional Office Manager, Associate Director, and Vice President. He likes the operations side of the business but has strong leadership skills and business development experience as well.
