His highly energy and positive leadership style works well in both growing companies, and companies in need of retooling or turning around. He has extensive experience in all corporate areas, finance, strategy, business & organizational development, mergers/acquisitions and operations, but can also be very hands on, getting involved in all aspects of project mgmt, estimating, service, and accounting & information systems as well. This candidate is available for permanent hire or select short-term assignments and is particularly interested is equity/succession opportunities.

Director of Business Development/Director of Operations After receiving his MBA, this executive began work as a superintendent for a custom residential homebuilder and worked his way up to Director of Business Development. He has worked in the Chicago and Florida markets and is looking for a Director or VP position in the residential market.
